Our Service
We provide expert strategic advice to clients on target operating models. Our service begins with a current state analysis of an existing operating model and its financial success relative to industry competition. Using this knowledge, we then set a strategic vision and design a target operating model which allows the client's business to more effectively win buyers. This work typically takes place over a three-month period and our findings are presented in report form at the end of the project. Our goal is to deliver an excellent service that achieves follow-up work to implement the target operating model alongside the client.

Our Team
William Lovett
William is an expert in designing target operating models for businesses across a wide range of industry sectors. He uses a systems thinking approach to strategy to truly understand the competitive environment of a client and uses these findings to form target operating models. His focus is on the financial success of a business and how the current operating model may need to change in response to external factors. He views the operating activities of a business as an interconnected network of events, which need to be managed to deliver adequate returns. His knowledge has been developed from two master's degrees in business management and data science at top-tier British universities.

To protect client business data, we operate on a zero-knowledge Swiss-hosted digital infrastructure (Proton Workspace). All strategic deliverables and data inputs provided to us are encrypted at rest under strict Swiss privacy laws, ensuring complete isolation from third-party data mining and unauthorised access. Our detailed Data Security Policy is available to prospective clients upon signing an NDA.
